[U2] SOAP XML recordset schema

Could someone point me to some relevant docs or tell me what the 
standard way(s) of formatting recordset data into a SOAP document are? 
(If it's at http://www.w3.org/TR/2000/NOTE-SOAP-20000508/ then I'm 
missing it.)

I am interested in exposing UniData through web services, and while I 
can LIST ... TOXML, I want to make sure the method I use conforms to the 
standards AMAP.  I understand the standards are still in motion, but I 
would expect this to have been dealt with pretty well by now.
