We had similar problems with our testing. Our solution was to have all the user names as Upper Case. This was a suggestion made by another contributor to this list and we think this solved our problem, although we tried a number of other things about the same time. We found we couldn't just rename to upper case. I had to delete and recreate the user login on the PDC to get this to work. Now works correctly.
