I don't think his idea is an intentional scam or scam in any way. I just think it's combining his interest in adding to these 2 sports with a new twist and happens to be a MV programmer that has come to a brick wall, technology-wise.
I have first-hand experience with just such a person. It's a little like Ishmial from Moby Dick in his focus towards a goal that isn't that clear to everyone else. Perhaps he should try Coyote or PicLan or any of the other MV-Based Web-designing tools. That's all he's looking for. my 1 cent.
