Hi all, Generally, when I copy a distributed file, I copy the distributed file and all the parts then issue a REBUILD.DF command. However, due to space limitations, I only want to copy one of the part files. The destination pathname is identical to what is currently in my test account distributed file. My questions are these...
Should I DEFINE.DF PARTNAME CANCEL then DEFINE.DF ADDING PARTNAME? After the copy, the VERIFY.DF returns no errors. Does the header of the part file have the path to the distributed file?
