Scott: May not apply in your situation or you may already have done this, but be sure to also check off "stop processing more rules" in the "What do you want to do with the message?" dialog, in addition to what ever else you check off. Absence of this was causing some duplicates for me in the past, but don't have them anymore after applying this change.
