What version of UniData? If it's 6.0.12, there was a problem at that release where the GUI ran really poorly... There will be a fix pushed in the next release. Until then, here is a tunable you can set that we used....

Hope that helps... I have installed Unidata 6.0 Personal Edition, on an XP Pro laptop, with SB+ and SBClient 5.2.4 installed... Running SB+ GUI via SBCOM, and it is running really slow.. The machine is reasonable spec, and the install is one I have working fine on Win2k.. so XP pro is the 'unknown' for me... and when I do udt on the unidata demo account I get the message "LsaQueryInfoTrustedDomain() failed, error(8478)" - any ideas? I don't know anything about domains and XP The message doesn't prevent the login.. but once logged in.. the screens are downloading slowly.. while waiting for the screen.. "ud_tl_server.exe" is maxing out the cpu in task manager... Any ideas? Thanks in advance...
