Oberlin College's office of Development Resources is hiring a Director of Development Resources. This position combines database and technical expertise with leadership, strategic planning and management duties. The office database supports Oberlin College's Development and Alumni Affairs program, which is tasked with fundraising (on the order of 8 figures / year) and alumni outreach. We use Datatel's Benefactor product, based on Unidata. Benefits are good and salary is competitive. Oberlin is a pleasant college town about 30 miles south of Cleveland, Ohio.
