I have been waiting for someone to respond to this. Unfortunately, I don't have an answer but it happened to me one day a few months ago on one of our client's system (but not the other 300 clients). I had never had that happen to me before, and I never got any feedback from our tech department. I just had to give up that debugging session!!!!!!
