First thought is:
CALL WIN.PCRUN("IEXPLORE", "DRIVE:\FOLDER\FOLDER\FILE.JPG")
That opens up a new window for Internet Explorer with the desired picture.
If you want the picture to appear within a wintegrate screen, that's another
subject of which I don't have an answer. Doesn't mean it doesn't exist. I've
not done it.
