Hi Ashish, The "temporary" records, are they important to the application?
If uniVerse creates 10 records does the C daemon process 10 records? If I compare the "temporary" records to Word creating a "~$filename.doc" when you open a document then my feeling is to ignore these "temporary" records. Only valid records written by uniVerse will be processed. While selecting the record name it encounters records with name DBnnn, but at the time of processing the record it is not able to find and open the record using fopen etc. in c program (may be because it is temporary record). And we are not able to see the record. We encountered such situation in our production environment where there is huge amount of data coming and being processed.
