In most, if not all cases, the sender of those 'useless' posts have no control over what or where. Unfortunately, that's the nature of corporations. They are so interested in protecting themselves, they forget how annoying they can be. To maintain my sanity, I choose to let it rest. Advice worth considering? perhaps not...
