Thanks Jordan. I wish licensing was the cause, but unfortunately it's something far more insidious than that.
For awhile I was starting to think it had something to do with this gigabit NIC card on the new server. The LAN is only wired for 10/100MBPS. When we set the rate on the network card down to 100MBPS it seemed the condition did not occurr as frequently.
