Another issue I can across a while ago, if you are using UV in a Windows machine, it 
will not acknowledge printers with a space in the name. I had to replace the space 
with _ .

Just a thought.....

It sounds like you may need to resotore your &DEVICE& file from your
original system. Another file I always backup before an upgrade is the
UV.ACCOUNT file.

Both files exist in the UV directory. You don't say if your running on a
Unix or Windows system. My experience is only with Unix systems.
