UV's standard pdf doc set has "translog.pdf".
Chapter 8 is "Universe commands".
"Userref.pdf" has descriptions of TCL commands, including txlg cmds.
Look in UV home directory at the motif menus and follow the paths to
see the commands that tx logging submenus execute.
Look at the verbs in the VOC and you'll see many are in APP.PROGS. You
have source for those if you want to dig deeper. It can be
illuminating, but
I limit myself to using the documented commands, not modifying
app.progs.
