My friend, we rarely disagree, even on these points. I've made no such assumptions about rationality, actual vs intended effects, nor the competence of those sponsoring laws. I only stated the possible effect the new laws will have on people worldwide. Are you responding to someone else's comments?? If my intent wasn't clear, please let me know. Nothing worse than being admonished for thinking something that never occurred to you. :)
