Hi Ang,

You don't have to wait until the file exceeds 2Gb before resizing to
64bit. Put a job in your crontab to run at night and go through each
file. Resize the ones over 1.5Gb to 64bit and you won't have that
problem. Be careful to check both parts of a dynamic file because they
can also blow 2.0Gb as you found out.

Once a file is 64bit don't use uvfixfile as it doesn't work. Use the
file tool found in uniadmin.

        What if the dynamic file blows 2 gig ? 
        i have encountered problem when repairing a dynamic file by
using
uvfixfile and resize to 64bits . It prompt the belowing message
