Jeremy, I am not sure if this is related, but just in case. There is an issue with the 10.1 ODBC client. One of our customers that uses it extensively on Windows 2003 has been experiencing slowdowns to the point of "crashing" their web server. We have been working with IBM on the issue and are currently waiting for a new .dll to test. IBM has said they plan on releasing a new client when it is ready and has gone through their Q&A.
