Even if you do create the previously suggested I-descriptor in the
dictionary, you are not going to get a list of order IDs from your select.
All you will get is a list of the unique combinations, not the record IDs
from which they came.  I'm thinking that what you are asking for will
require a program be written to come up with the information you are looking
for.
