I'm not at work now to give you the smit path, but in AIX there's a smit spool queue option for controlling whether reports are queued/printed first-in-first-out or smallest jobs first. However, since you're spooling multiple jobs, the actual order printed *at any given time* will depend on what the AIX spooler 'sees' when it goes looking for its next job to process.
