Create a paragraph as

1:      PA
2:      SELECT file WITH @ID > 1
3:      IF @SELECTED <= 0 THEN GO SKIP
4:      DELETE file
5:      DATA Y
6:      SKIP:

Works on Universe so should work on Unidata too with a bit of luck.

Subject: [U2] Unidata - Delete records

Hi

I am trying to delete certain records from a UniData file.

I select the records to be deleted ( @ID > 1, in this case ).

And then I say DELETE <filename/select listname>

And it prompts for a Y/N reply.

Is there a way to bypass this prompt? Or can this be done without user
interaction?

Is there a way to pass Y always as the default?

Following is the snapshot:

Thanks.
