Not sure what you're running but on Universe you could use VLIST or do MAKE.MAP.FILE and then look at field 12 of &MAP& for your catalogued subroutine.
Don't know of a way to do it real-time as such. Presumably you want to stop program A failing when calling program B with incorrect argument? -----Original Message----- From: [EMAIL PROTECTED] [mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] On Behalf Of Greesh Sent: 02 September 2004 11:55 To: [EMAIL PROTECTED] Subject: [U2] Program Object arguments Hi all If an in-correct number of arguments are used when calling a routine a run-time error occurs, however does anyone know of a way to retrieve the number of arguments that are required by a program/subroutine from its object code?
