Does making it dynamic get round the 2gb limit with Unidata?

It certainly doesn't on Universe and you're running a 32-bit system so I
suspect it wouldn't on Unidata either.

Subject: [U2] Dynamic File Question

We're running UniData v5.2 over Microsoft NT v4.o (Service Pack 6),
using
Davison's HRPS package. We have a file which is approaching the 2 GIG
limit
and I'm wanting to make that file dynamic. I have a colleague who
reports
that dynamic files under v5.2 and NT can be flaky. Is this true?
