Whether IAM is a good or bad thing is irrelevant.

It's been there since the dawn of time, and systems have taken advantage of it. You
couldn't get rid of it now without breaking them. 

And following the old PICK practice, if anyone don't like having it on their system, 
they
can just delete it from their VOCs and NEWACC.
