To my friends on the U2 list - With the release of mvQuery 5 now completed, I am leaving Microgen.
This closes a chapter that began in 1990 when I joined a small newly-formed company named ADG, set up to distribute and support the new "UniVerse" database that had just arrived the UK (several years before VMARK arrived on these shores). Three owners (Cortex, MMT and Microgen), numerous products and some good friendships later, sadly the time has come to move on. I would like to thank the many people on this list who have helped and supported me through this exciting period. I will be remaining in the MultiValue arena as an independent consultant, offering client/server and web development services. As things settle down, this should also give me more time to devote to activities such as the U2 User Group and relaunching the mvOpen project.
