Hi Kathy, We don't personally use JDBC, nor do I use VSG, because our application has a front end that calls the schema API. But the schm.pdf in the UniData documentation indicates you can build them into the view from there.
Hope that's what you were looking for, Amy -----Original Message----- From: [EMAIL PROTECTED] [mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] On Behalf Of Kms Sent: Tuesday, October 05, 2004 7:47 AM To: [EMAIL PROTECTED] Subject: [U2] JDBC and Unidata and Virtual Fields Hi. Thought I would try posting one more time -- I am developing an application using JDBC accessing a Unidata database. I am using Uniobjects to retrieve the data and I know I have to build views to access the multivalue fields, but can I also access virtual fields or do I have to recreate them? Thank you.
