He wants to consolidate the number of funds from ten down to three and change the length of the GL number. I have several questions: 1. Are there any resources on Datatel's web site that would help with this project? I looked through the listserve archives and tried several searches on Answernet without any luck. I'd be happy with a simple list of all the fields in Colleague that store the GL number but I can't find anything like this. 2. Have you worked on such a project? If so, do you have any resources you could share? Any words of wisdom? I'm at the initial stages of trying to figure out what all needs to be done. Any information would be great.
