Individual mileage may vary, but as I understand the intended use of
VOCLIB is storage of large paragraphs, procs, and other entries that
would otherwise add unnecessary body to the VOC.

I'm not intending to hijack the thread, but what is the intended
purpose of the VOCLIB file? I have one in each Universe account, but
in each case it has 0 records.
