I know Ive been thru this before.  I get the RPC service not running message
in the uniadmin application.  I looked in services and unirpc has been
started.  Something has to be tweaked and I forget what.  I should mention
that I am running Universe PE.  The client isn't going to buy the real thing
until the solution is sure to work.  Don't know if this matters, but I
thought Id mention it.

In UniAdmin, "Network Services", "Telnet", "Logon Banner" and type away.....

We use a Function Key for this.... We tell users to, say, <F12> at the
"login" prompt... with <F12> set for usually, user, password and login
account...

Seems to work...
