The branches are connected using router to router vpn connections. I can ping the printers and I can print word docs to them, from the UniVerse server. My first thought was a network issue also, but now I am not so sure. The printers seem to work fine outside of UniVerse and according to the techs at our customer's site. These printers were working earlier in the day.
