Thanks to all who have responded. Although I am not hearing what I wanted at least I know why it's not working.
My next question then becomes: how can I use uvbackup to backup the files I need without marking each record as backed up? I have some files that a couple of million records and don't want to wait through the time it takes to mark each record as backed up. Is there an option that will just do the backup without setting the flag?
