Undocumented feature in uniVerse is if you are logged into an account and
can 'sh' out ('dos' on win32), you can then chdir to the directory of the
account you wish TCL access to (you are on your own honour as far as the
security ramifications are concerned). At that point, run uvsh.exe (win32)
or uv. You may need to enter the full path to the uvsh executable (in
*nix, uv and uvsh are essentially the same; win32 you will need to run
uvsh.exe). This will take you directly to TCL, bypassing any automatic
menu things.
At least this still works when I try it. I'm on AIX and UV 10.1.2.
