what I did was combine a x,y location routine with an output message routine. The x,y coordinates are based on 10cpi and 8lpi makes designing easier. Just use a ruler to figure your start point. Then my message output routine allows me to set the cpi size of the output, as well as any font or effects (bold, etc).
