You didn't mention if this was uvNT or a *nix flavor, so here's the one item we found that affects uvNT: The case of the user "NT AUTHORITY/system" becomes "NT AUTHORITY/SYSTEM", so if you have anything that branches based on the userID (e.g. LOGIN PA's), they may break.
