Universe 10.0.8 -- Unix
Could someone point me to some documentation on the SYSTEM() function.
Specifically, I'm interested in the results when using SYSTEM(9001)
I've used this in the past to get the name of the currently executing
program. However, I ran a program today that uses the GET(ARG.)
functionality and when I check SYSTEM(9001), there are now two
attributes as follows...(for display purposes, the @VM's were converted
to pipe symbols)
<1> = 1|/usr/uv/catdir/*GET|0xe
<2> = 0|../DEV.LIB/BLIB.O/DLJ3|0x0
In this case, DLJ3 is the name of the program that I executed.
Is there some "official" documentation available anywhere that addresses
the specifics of what's returned by SYSTEM(9001)
Thanks,
