We understand exactly your challenge.  While Reporting packages like Crystal
and Safari provide excellent function in displaying the data, they are very
constrained regarding the ability to use native routines, saved-lists, etc.
The ODBC interface is not MV friendly.  Our Informer Web Reporting package,
uses UniObjects so it can understand all native U2 commands.  Informer also
provides a Pre and Post Select user exits so that advanced users can insert
native U2 processes (GET.LIST and SELECT statements, UniQuery paragraphs).
The best thing about using UniObjects is that it fully takes advantage of
the beauty of Multi-values.  We display them, insert them logically into
Excel and PDF output options, and provide associated Multi-value selection
options.
