Brian was saying he used a variable in the program to store this
information. 

Another approach is to use the UniVerse BASIC $* compiler directive. The $*
directive is a compile time comment that places the remainder of the line
into the object code. Take a look at the SRS.UV.HEADER program at
http://www.srs4uv.com/srs_uv_header.htm to see how to access this
information.
