What issue are you speaking of? I have loaded the UniData PE version as well as the Clients (UniAdmin, UniDK) and didn't run into any problem. There is an expiration date in the license (Aug '06 I believe), but I thought that was just a change that had been made on IBM's part to limit use of the PE version.
