Well, I haven't seen any replies so far... The answer is "No" you can't tell. This information is not stored anywhere. All the data in a type 30 file (or any of the static hashed files as well) is stored inside a single OS file (ignoring overflow etc). So the OS date time stamps are of no use.
If you need this kind of information you'd need to add your own date & time fields to your file.
