Looks like a flavour thing
If Bleep doesn't do a lot then you could switch the flavour at compile time
by adding $OPTIONS INFORMATION at the top
Alternatively, once you've established that you've got an active select list
then pass it to the Execute,
IF SIZE # 0 THEN
CRT "you had a list active!
READLIST SLIST ELSE NULL
EXECUTE 'ED VOC' PASSLIST SLIST
END
