Oh, thank you, *thank you*, THANK YOU! You just made my life considerably easier. I have a bunch of utilities which use @LOGNAME, and was faced with having to modify them to work differently in UV and UniData, now that I need to use both. UniData uses the short name even w/o that registry change.
