Buy an extra hard drive. If your on a Windoze machine a cheap usb type external drive will do. Then run an rsync from your UniVerse directory tree over to the external drive. Ship the drive offsite and your done. Burning cd's or dvd's will take longer and may be a problem if your data must be split between more and one cd/dvd platter.
