Sadly, we are not uniformly on Office 2003, but I like the idea of using XML. I already use HTML extensively in my reports, and I use alot of CSS and Javascript in those reports. For this usage, they specifically want an Excel file. Thank you for the interesting post... it gives me food for thought.
