or it could be a Windof-Problem I have this problem, every few weeks that for no reason i can't connect. Sometimes it Telnet, Uni-Admin or SB+. One or more are disallowing connections, but never all. Look in the event-viewer: I have at this time different error messages from Universe (talking about logging) After a restart of windows (a Universe restart doesn't help) everything is fine again.
