Not as such - we are running 6.0.0 just fine on aix 5.3. You should probably upgrade to 6.1 anyway. Our application vendor made us aware of a potential file corruption problem on certain versions of 6.0:
"Our application vendor" has found an issue with running GUIDE on DYNAMIC files with UniData versions prior to 6.0.7.
