Well, so U2 is having the same problems with casing the rest of us do when interfacing with outside systems. It never ceases to amaze me that some believe "Help", "HELP", and "help" __SHOULDN'T__ mean the same thing.
I can always tell I'm accessing a unix web server when I try to access a directory, under the "root" directory, and I type the case of that directory incorrectly. e.g. http://www.consumerreports.org/Cro/Home.htm doesn't work while http://www.consumerreports.org/cro/home.htm does. This particular problem doesn't exist on Windows servers and I was caught by it when my son was trying to track down some information for his homework.
