Using Windows Explorer locate installed UniVerse directory, in my case, D:\IBM. Rt. click this folder and select Sharing and Security...then Security tab. Select Users or Domain Users, and check Modify or give Full rights.
Make sure "Allow inheritable permissions to propagate box is checked and press OK, then OK.
