how about 3) limiting the frequency of replies. Don't allow more than 1 post from one person every M minutes. Maybe the limit wouldn';t kiclk in until a certain threshhold to allow for a legitimate flurry. I'm completely ignorant on how that would be implemented. 4) Double Larry Hiscock's moderator salary so he'll watch it day and night. What the heck, let's increase it 10-fold.
