Well, you could set up a program called SWITCH.CAMPUS or WHEREAMI and have them execute that, and have it ask for campus and department, and then do a lookup to see what printer it should use and then execute SETPTR.
Attach that to their logon proc and you've got a fairly idiot proof procedure.
