This reply going to the autor of the email and not the list is driving me 
nuts.


Anyway;


They started this over a year ago. We are in the last stages now.

We went from 2 systems to one. There were 3 other people that were on the 
old system that used an AS/400 which is what the new system is now on.

So they didn't need that many to support it. I think they wanted to keep 
the person with the most experience from my end. (Fulfillment.)

My manager is also being let go. So two groups are being turned into one.

I'll let you know how it turns out.

Randy,
Would you let us know the particulars of this conversion. You hear so many 

horror stories about converting from MV I would like to hear how someone 
converted in three months. Strange that they would get rid of the least 
senior person first usually, from my experience, places get rid of the 
most 
senior people first when taking over. The senior people usually make more 
money and are less likely, consciously or unconsciously, to bend to the 
will 
of the new owners.
