We currently run Epicor's ManFact Manufacturing package. We were planning tp upgrade from 10.0.19 to 10.1.x and we called Epicor to find out if they have found any problems with 10.1 and their packages. They told me that the have not officially "blessed" 10.1 because they are having unexplainable 'file corruption issues'. The vast (emphasize vast) majority of their data files are Dynamic. They would not elaborate to me any specifics or what they have found out working with IBM. They were pretty clear that there seem to be file corruption issues.

One seems to be getting frequent, corrupt files. The other seems to call regularly saying that they have missing records in different files. Most of our files are dynamic files. Can someone point me in the right direction as to where to go with each of these. Is there any type of logging that I can do that might tell me if a user or a process is deleting records, maybe outside of the application? Is there anything that I could be looking for as far as corrupt files go?
